The government has stayed the appointment of Dr. B Ashok as the chairman of KTDFC. The action is that of the Central Administrative Tribunal. With this, B Ashok can continue as the Principal Secretary of the Agriculture Department. Ashok's petition will be considered again by the Central Administrative Tribunal on Tuesday.
