The world's second private space mission with government support has been completed. This is a joint mission between US-based Axiom Space, SpaceX, ISRO, NASA and the European Space Agency. On June 25, SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from the Kennedy Space Center carrying the Dragon spacecraft carrying a four-member crew. The mission, which arrived at the International Space Station on June 26, is returning to Earth after spending four days more than originally planned. The mission is being piloted by Indian Air Force Group Captain Shubhamshu Shukla. Shubhamshu became the first Indian to visit the space station. He also became the second Indian to go into space after Rakesh Sharma.
