A complaint has been filed with the Vice Chancellor, demanding its withdrawal. A K Anuraj, a member of the pro-BJP syndicate, has filed a complaint with VC Dr P Raveendran. The complaint is that the hunter's songs challenge Indian culture. The complaint states that the inclusion of the song by Hiran Das Murali, who admitted that he is a bad role model for the generation after consuming drugs, is objectionable. The complaint also mentions the legal action he faced for possessing a tiger's tooth. It is challenging Indian values and culture. A K Anuraj also demanded that someone else's good compositions be included instead of the hunter's song.
