Rocket Lab's Electron rocket successfully launched two Celestine navigation satellites from New Zealand on March 28, 2026. The launch is notable as the first demonstration mission of Europe's next-generation navigation system based in low Earth orbit (LEO). The mission, dubbed "Daughter of the Stars," placed the satellites into orbit approximately 510 kilometers above Earth.
