Pathanamthitta: The family members were shocked to see a cobra snake that unexpectedly arrived in a kitchen in Ranni Angadi. The approximately five-foot-long cobra snake was found curled up on top of the gas stove in their house near Petta Junction. A major tragedy was averted as there was no one in the kitchen at the time of the incident. The dramatic scenes took place in the kitchen of Raja Nazir, who lives on rent at Sasthamkovil Lodge in Petta Junction, Angadi. The family members immediately moved to a safe place after seeing the snake. The locals were shocked to see the cobra hanging around the cooking gas stove in the kitchen. If the snake had not been noticed by the family members, the situation would have gotten out of hand. After the family members informed them, snake catcher Mathukutty reached the spot and bravely caught the snake.
