The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has issued notices to e-commerce companies including Amazon India and Flipkart for selling Pakistani flags and products. Consumer Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi said that the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has issued notices to all companies. In notices issued to Ubukai India, Etsy, The Flag Company and The Flag Corporation, the regulatory body said that the sale of Pakistani flags and products will not be allowed. The Union Minister also stated that the companies have been directed to remove such items from the platforms. CCPA has sent notices to @amazonIN, @Flipkart, @UbuyIndia, @Etsy, The Flag Company and The Flag Corporation regarding the sale of Pakistani flags and related products. E-commerce platforms are hereby directed to remove such listings immediately and comply with national laws.
