Education Minister V Sivankutty said that preparations for the school arts festival have begun in the state. The minister announced that the government will provide a grant of Rs 1,000 to all students who score A grade. He added that the aim is to organize the festival without any complaints with public participation and that instructions have been given to properly arrange accommodation, food, etc.
