Kerala High Court to go high-tech. Now WhatsApp messages to inform about court proceedings. The new reform will come into effect from October 6. The High Court has decided to make WhatsApp a part of case management. A notice has been issued in this regard. E-filing petitions, listing details, court procedures and other relevant information will be made available to lawyers and parties through WhatsApp.
