Delhi: India's second win in the T20 World Cup. India defeated Namibia by 93 runs at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi. After losing the toss, India scored 209 runs for the loss of nine wickets. Ishan Kishan (61 off 24 balls) and Hardik Pandya (52 off 28 balls) led India to a huge score. Sanju Sasson (22 off eight balls) got a good start but could not convert it into a big score. Gerhard Erasmus took four wickets for Namibia. In reply, Namibia were all out for 116 in 18.2 overs. Varun Chakravarthy took three wickets. Hardik Pandya and Axar Patel took two wickets each. Lauren Steenkamp was the top scorer for Namibia with 29 runs off 20 balls. Jan Frilinik (22), Jan Nicole Lofty (13) and Gerhard Erasmus (19) were the other players who reached double figures. JJ Smith (0), Zane Green (11), Malan Kruger (5), Ruben Trumpelman (6), Bernard Scholz (4) and Ben Shikongo (0) were the other players who were dismissed. Max Heingo (0) remained not out.
