Two arrested in Kuwait toxic liquor tragedy. The expatriates who were the operators of the liquor manufacturing center were arrested. 13 people, including Malayalis, died in the tragedy. The illegal liquor manufacturing center was operating in Jleeb Al Shuyouq Block 4. The investigation team is collecting information about those who distributed liquor from here.
