The Prime Minister's sly attack on the Congress was by mentioning the names of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Shashi Tharoor who were present on the stage. The Prime Minister also mentioned that Minister VN Vasavan had called Adani a partner. Although it was almost expected that the Prime Minister would start his speech in Malayalam, the political references were intriguing. Narendra Modi pointed his finger at the India Alliance by mentioning the names of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Shashi Tharoor. The Prime Minister highlighted VN Vasavan's speech in which he called Gautam Adani a partner. Modi added that even a Communist minister in the country is speaking for private capital and that the Central government has brought development to Kerala in the last 10 years.
