The Malappuram Tirurangadi police have arrested a man in a case of cheating by promising to sell home appliances at half price. The arrested person has been identified as Akbar (56), a native of Vadakkanchery, Thrissur. He had committed the fraud by introducing himself as an employee of an electronic equipment store.
